Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Fire-Host, located in Brabant, Netherlands (“Fire-Host”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By ordering, accessing, or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
1.1 Fire-Host provides hosting-related services, including but not limited to VPS, dedicated servers, and related infrastructure services.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 You are fully responsible for all content, software, and activities conducted through your services.
2.2 You must ensure your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
3. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal content or activities
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
Malware, botnets, or unauthorized access attempts
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Hosting copyrighted material without authorization
Any activity that disrupts or harms Fire-Host, its infrastructure, or other clients
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
4. Payments and Billing
4.1 All invoices must be paid in full within 3 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
4.3 Continued non-payment after reminders may result in permanent termination and deletion of all data.
4.4 Fire-Host is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data deletion resulting from suspension or termination due to non-payment.
4.5 All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Service Availability
5.1 Fire-Host strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5.2 Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
6. Backups and Data
6.1 Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
6.2 Fire-Host is not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion under any circumstances.
7. Liability Limitation
7.1 Fire-Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
7.2 Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service in the previous 30 days.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fire-Host harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
9.1 Fire-Host reserves the right to terminate services at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted.
10. Refund Policy
10.1 Fire-Host offers a 14-day refund policy starting from the moment the service is first activated.
10.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service activation by contacting our support team at info@fire-host.net.
10.3 The refund policy applies to first-time purchases and new services. Renewals, upgrades, and additional services are also refundable if requested within 14 days of activation.
10.4 Refunds will be granted for any reason if requested within the 14-day period, except in cases where:
The service has been used for illegal, abusive, or malicious activities; or
The service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
10.5 The following services are excluded from the refund policy, including but not limited to:
Dedicated servers;
Customized or manually provisioned services;
One-time fees and setup charges.
10.6 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10.7 Fire-Host reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are deemed fraudulent or indicated a pattern of abuse of the policy.
10.8 If the customer is acting in the course of business (B2B), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, and refunds are governed exclusively by these Terms of Service.
11. Resale and Licensing
11.1 Customers may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute Fire-Host services or products to third parties, including but not limited to:
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Game servers (e.g., Minecraft)
Discord bots or other digital services
unless a paid reseller license has been granted by Fire-Host.
11.2 Any attempt to resell or distribute services without a license will be considered a material breach of these Terms of Service, and may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of the account;
Forfeiture of any outstanding payments or services;
Legal action to recover damages.
11.3 Customers who wish to resell Fire-Host services may apply for a paid reseller license at info@fire-host.net. The license costs €5 per month and approval is at the sole discretion of Fire-Host.
11.4 Once a reseller license is granted, the licensee may resell Fire-Host services without restriction, in accordance with applicable law.
11.5 This clause applies to all Fire-Host services, including VPS, game servers, Discord bots, domains, and any digital products provided by Fire-Host.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
